At BCBGMAXAZRIA, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we accept returns of unworn, unwashed, and unaltered merchandise with original tags attached within 30 days of the shipping date.

Return Process

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided through the portal and attach it securely to your return package.

  Pack and Ship

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags remain attached, and drop the package off at any authorized shipping location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, please allow 7-10 business days for the credit to appear on your original form of payment.
